How links on this site pay us
Some outbound links may earn us a commission if you buy or subscribe. Here's exactly how that works, what relationships exist right now, and the rules that keep commission away from verdicts.
The current, honest position
As of 21 September 2026, The Builder's Verdict has one issued tracked partner route: Tradify supplied us with a unique referral link on 17 August 2026. Tradify states that new customers using that route receive 50% off their first 3 months. If a referred customer becomes a paying customer, The Builder's Verdict receives referral commission for eligible paying customers attributed to the route.
We keep that tracked route off the neutral editorial CTAs in our Tradify review, pricing tools and comparisons. It is used only on the clearly labelled Tradify partner-offer advertisement. The tracked outbound link is marked rel="sponsored" and the advertisement identifies the commercial relationship before the link.
The rules commission lives under
- Commission never changes a verdict, rating, ranking or inclusion. If the best product pays nothing, it still wins.
- Disclosure appears on the page, above the first commercial link, not only here.
- CTA buttons say what actually happens (“Start the 14-day free trial”), never fake urgency or invented discounts.
- On editorial pages, any commercial placement comes after the verdict and reasoning. Dedicated offer pages are labelled as advertising from the top.
- We recommend against products with affiliate programmes when the evidence says so, and those verdicts stay up.
